These 3 new luxury 2 bedroom apartments, Sea View Gem, Sea View Jewel and Sea View Bliss located on the third (top) floor of this compact block of holiday apartments, have the highest vantage point in the complex. The superbly furnished and beautiful apartments are an extremely attractive holiday option for those who enjoy 5 star quality, but want the independence offered by private accommodation. They are ideal for families with children, golf groups and discerning clients looking for a high standard of accommodation, space and private areas. All 3 apartments have 2 balconies - one with Barbeque, overlooking the shared Pools and having unobstructed ocean views; the other balcony also overlooks pleasant surroundings. Each apartment is equipped with Security Video entrance system, Satellite Television including Sky Card facility, Internet, Central Music Sound System and Safe. All rooms have Air Conditioning / Heating. The designer kitchen is fully equipped. High chairs, buggies and cots are available at no extra charge. Airport transfers, welcome packs and meet & greet can be arranged in advance of arrival.

The golden sandy beach of Porto de Mos is only an 8 minute walk away. There are two restaurants on the beach each having an extensive menu including freshly caught fish. Lagos’ night life, shopping / amenities are a mere 2km away. The old town, with its colourful market square and narrow cobbled side streets offers a vast selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. Professionally guided Cave / Dolphin trips are arranged by local Tour Operators from the Marina at Lagos. There are also a number of Golf Courses including the famous Boa Vista nearby and the new International Motor Race Track is a mere 15 min drive away. Cape St Vincent, European Mainland’s most westerly point which is a 30 min drive away offers spectacular scenery and is well worth a visit. Monchique (mountain) also offers breathtaking scenery. The Algarve is also noted for its trekking and hikers enjoy exploring its established trails, many of which run close to the coastline, with its spectacular cliffs.

For the children, there are many local beaches as well as Lagos Zoo, and Oceans of Fun at Aqualand, Slide & Splash and the Zoomarine all of which are within easy driving distance.

Changeover day
The ideal changeover day is Saturday but flexibility may be afforded especially during the off peak season.

Service
The apartments are serviced by an English speaking local agent who meets and greets clients on their arrival / approach to Lagos and shows them to the apartment. The agent will ensure that the apartment is already clean and ready for occupation and will assist you in the unlikely event of experiencing any problems with the apartment during your stay.

Travel
The nearest international airport at Faro is about 80km away and is approximately a 50 minutes drive via Algarve’s motorway the A22. The Algarve roads are very easy to navigate and the best way to travel is by car. Car hire is convenient to arrange and is the most practical way to explore the area.
